The state-of-the-art Firetail provides a blister-free fit and can handle approaches and descents on the most technical trails.

Salewa uses their Three Functions System, which consists of Fit, Flex and Support, to offer a more precise fit. Part of this system is built around the Salewa "Y" design, improving fit around the heel and ankle while increasing flexibility through the collar of the shoe without giving up support.
